Humanity’s relentless pursuit of the cosmos mirrors the timeless allure of a perfectly aged wine – both embody our insatiable thirst for discovery and excellence. From the ancient stargazers who first mapped the heavens to the modern space programs pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we have always looked up and wondered “what if?”
With each launch, we celebrate not just technological advancements, but the boundless potential of the human mind. Space programs worldwide are a mirror reflecting our collective aspiration to explore, understand, and ultimately, conquer the unknown.
Just as vintners carefully nurture their vines through harsh seasons and unpredictable climates, our species has weathered countless storms on our journey to space. Natural disasters, wars, and pandemics have tested our resolve, yet we persist. Like a robust vintage that improves with time, our determination to explore the universe only grows stronger with each challenge overcome. Despite natural and manmade calamities, we never stopped reaching for the stars – it’s the essence of what makes us human, an unstoppable force of curiosity and ambition, forever seeking new horizons to uncork and savor.

Morcilla
Morcilla (pronounced mor•see•ya) is sausage using a pig’s intestine and filled with pig’s blood that is cooked or dried and mixed with a filler (rice, beef [or pork meat], onions, cilantro, chiles, garlic) until it is thick enough to solidify when cooled. Variants of the morcilla are found in all corners of the world, using sheep, duck, or goat blood instead, varying by country. Early version of the blood sausage can be traced to cave paintings at Narbone, Bordeaux and Rheims, France. The first known written mention of morcilla was as early as 800 BC when it appeared in Homer’s classic, The Odyssey. In book twenty, Homer wrote, “As when a man besides a great fire has filled a sausage with fat and blood and turns it this way and that and is very eager to get it quickly roasted…”
